Residential Block Property Manager

Due to expansion, I have a client looking to recruit a Residential Block Property Manager for their Leeds Office. The client are specialists in block management & require someone to manage a residential portfolio. The properties are a combination of RMCs/RTMs & Freeholder clients & is located in & around Yorkshire. Duties include: Providing exceptional levels of service to clients Visiting sites & ensuring contractors attend to works Preparing & Issuing service charge budgets Completing Section 20 Notices Liaising with internal accounts & utilising specialist property management software Attending AGMs You’ll have a keen eye for detail & be used to dealing with clients for whom high levels of service are paramount. Hopefully, you’ll have some experience in residential block management & the IRPM qualification is preferred. An excellent opportunity to join a new & rapidly growing division of a well established firm.
